Who The Heck Is Patrick Riddle?

I started my entrepreneurial journey in 7th grade. I bought Airheads in bulk and sold ’em at school for 25¢.

In November 2002, (while I was studying civil engineering at Clemson University), I bought my first investment property. After that, I knew that college, getting a degree, working for someone… well, none of that made sense anymore.

Can you relate?

So… I quit school after 3 and half years to go into real estate investing full-time… and I’ve been at it ever since.

I love teaching and for the past few years have put a lot of focus into helping other investors build their business through my company, Awesome REI.

I currently reside in paradise (aka Isle of Palms, SC) with my incredibly awesome wife, Carrie.
